My interest in electronics and computer applications started at an early age. After graduating high school, I enrolled in an electronics program, earning an AS degree in Electronics that gave me a strong background in computer infrastructure and Computing Networks. Seeking more knowledge to fulfill my client’s needs, I furthered my education by earning a Bachelor of Science MIS Degree, enhancing my development as an IT professional.

I have 23 years of experience working in the field, assisting clients around the world to achieve their goals with computer solutions for their businesses. I can expertly analyze individual client needs for hardware and software technology and suggest simple ways to reduce costs, improve productivity, and decrease their business risk exposure.

My experience offering IT services spans several industries and fields, such as Insurance, Court Reporting, Hospitality, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Retail, 3D Architectural Design, E-Commerce, multi-location business, data centers, and businesses with a partial or full remote workforce.  

Recently, many businesses have been challenged to adjust their operations. Some have closed their offices, relocated their information to data centers, and sent their full-time employees to work remotely. As business operations change, so do their IT needs, which is why I am licensed with 2-20 Insurance and focus on Cyber Security and Business Risk Management. I have oriented my services to best help my customers minimize their exposure to Cyber Attacks.

It is of the utmost importance to me that I continue to further my education and stay up to date with the most advanced technology and cyber security measures. I have attended multiple conferences for new global IT solution technologies, such as cloud solutions and security in Vancouver, Canada, and Paris, France. Soon I will travel to London, England for a conference that specializes in security and encryption for remote employees.
