Josiel earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology and a minor in Security Risk and Analysis from Penn State in 2021. Josiel has experience in cybersecurity risk management in addition to project management and software engineering experience. Josiel’s role at Tech IT Partners is to provide cybersecurity services and general IT operational support.
